Subscriber Dashboard

Locality leads use Subscriber dashboard in Data Sharing Manager to view the organisations that or sharing data with Remote Subscriber Databases, along with their current status for data processing into and out of the Discovery Data Service.

You can only view Subscriber dashboard if you have the correct user and project permissions.

View Subscriber dashboard

1. Access Data Sharing Manager.
2. If required, in the Navigation side menu, click Subscriber dashboard. The following statistics for the remote subscriber database projects are displayed:
   • Subscriber project name
   • Total number of publishing organisations
   • Receipt status of publishing organisations (date of the last data received from the publisher shown as less than 1 day ago, less than 2 days ago, or more than 2 days ago)
   • Total number of organisations with an inbound error (error processing the data into the DDS)
   • Inbound status of publishing organisations (date of the last data received from the publisher and transformed into the DDS shown as less than 1 day ago, less than 2 days ago, or more than 2 days ago)
   • Outbound status of publishing organisations (date of the last data received from the publisher and transformed to the remote subscriber database shown as less than 1 day ago, less than 2 days ago, or more than 2 days ago)
   • Outbound write (date of the last data received from the publisher and written to the remote subscriber database shown as less than 1 day ago, less than 2 days ago, or more than 2 days ago)
   • Total number of organisations with an outbound error (error writing the data into the remote subscriber database)

View Subscriber detail

1. View Subscriber dashboard.
2. Select the relevant subscriber project.

   The following statistics for the remote subscriber database projects are displayed:

   • Publisher
   • ODS Code
   • Publisher system
   • Days/hours since last data received from supplier
   • Days/hours since last data from supplier transformed into the DDS
   • Days/hours since last data from supplier transformed to remote subscriber database
   • Days/hours since last data from supplier written to remote subscriber database

Click "Show Dates" to show the date, instead of the days/hours, or click on the day/hours to show dated information.
